We’re Ringing in the New Year with Optimism and Opportunities

DBIA wants to wish our design-build community a Happy New Year and thank you for your support and dedication! We continue to see the critical role design-build plays in our nation’s recovery and rebuilding efforts. With design-build already at 42% of all construction and market analysis projecting design-build to reach 47% by 2025, we can see an exciting future for Owners and design-build teams across the nation.

It’s a remarkable time to be in the design-build community, and DBIA is looking forward to sharing important initiatives and enhancements with you in 2023, such as the release of updates to our Design-Build Done Right® Best Practices, updates to additional DBIA contract documents, a new Design-Build Done Right Webinar series free to our members, and the celebration of our 30-year anniversary!
