Leadership is essentially a linguistic phenomenon. Therefore, communication is the single most powerful tool that you have at your disposal when it comes to leading effectively. In this session, we will explore the various distinctions of communication from three perspectives: 1) the human perspective or what gets in the way of people communicating in the first place, 2) the technical perspective which deals with the fundamental skills of talking and listening, and 3) the spiritual perspective which considers the purposeful and authentic intentions behind our communications.
