With a hot education market, there is a wide spectrum of projects, with more and more Design-Build. Our local Community College Districts are starting to turn towards Design-Build and have participated in many DBIA educational programs. With clients interested in learning best practices, our industry is headed in a positive direction. Our presenters will come to share their own best practices, lessons learned, and why those new to Design-Build are so interested. Come hear from Chaffey College, Riverside CCD, San Bernardino CCD and South Orange CCD. Both Chaffey College and San Bernardino CCD passed new GO Bonds in November of 2018 and will discuss their plans. South Orange CCD has accomplished several very successful Design-Build projects, and has more coming up. Riverside CCD is planning to use Design-Build for some of their upcoming projects as well.
