2018 Owners Council Webinar Series Session #9 – Delivering a Lean Design-Build Project

This webinar will be the last of 9 to be presented in 2018. The series is built from the Design-Build Institute of America’s “Manual of Practice” (MOP). October’s 40-minute presentation titled “Delivering a Lean Design-Build Project” will be hosted by David Umstot. David Umstot brings a 360-degree perspective to capital project delivery experience with more than 30 years of experience. He is the lead author of Lean Project Delivery | Building Championship Project Teams and has worked with teams delivering more than $6.5B in projects using Lean over the past 5 years. David is a past public owner in California, a current associate faculty member at San Diego State University and a past President of the Western Pacific Region.
