Speakers:

• Dr. Keith Molenaar, Ph.D., Dean, University of Colorado at Boulder
• Dr. Bryan Franz Ph.D., Assistant Professor at the University of Florida

Dr. Molenaar’s research and teaching focus is on project delivery method and risk analysis. He is a charter DBIA Design-Build designee and currently serves at the chairman of the DBIA National Certification Board. He is a member of the National Academy of Construction and the Pan-American Academy of Engineering.

Dr. Franz studies organizational strategies for assembling, managing, and evaluating project teams. Dr. Franz applies quantitative research methods that blend social constructs, such as leadership roles and group cohesion, with objective project performance data. His current research seeks to understand how the integration of design and construction disciplines contributes to the development of effective teams.
