• Conference Sponsorship Sales – Online registration for sponsorship opportunities will close on Monday, April 22, 2019. This is the LAST CALL for Sponsors.
• Conference Registration – Online registration will be closing on April 26th, 2019. Be sure to register before April 26. Note that registration could close earlier, if we sell out. We have had a strong and steady response to this conference, so chances are we will sell out.
• Name change/transfers for existing conference registrations also has a closing date of April 26th.
• Everyone will receive another email confirmation/receipt for conference/services registered for. Confirmation/ receipt will be sent to the email address provided during online registration. This will occur the first week of May.

Technology and Demo Room will provide the following:

• Provide selective industry leading suppliers and vendors an opportunity to present their latest products and innovations.
• Opportunity to present to conference attendees in a booth display and in a scheduled presentation time slot with question and answers.
• Demo Room will be open from registration through the end of the cocktail reception to give everyone an opportunity to visit and see what’s new!
• Coffee and beverages will be available throughout the day as you visit the room.
