Two East Bay community college districts, Contra Costa Community College District and Peralta Community College District, are in the process of implementing major capital improvement programs totaling over $1.5B combined. Leaders from each district will share their thoughts about critical issues and considerations that have guided their organizations into utilizing design-build for specific project types. Learn about their journey using design-build and how they plan to utilize other delivery options for the future.
