At just over one million square feet and $1.5 billion, the Kansas City International Airport New Terminal Project is the largest single infrastructure project in the City’s history. Completion is scheduled for early 2023 with 39 gates, a 6,100-space parking structure, and landside and airside civil improvements. The New Terminal will support more efficient airline operations while allowing passengers the opportunity to enjoy modern air travel in a facility with updated technology, inclusive amenities, close parking, spacious gate areas, and ample local food and beverage options.

Ginny has over 15 years of development and real estate finance project management experience. She has been involved in the KCI New Terminal Project for nearly four years where her role involves managing and supporting communications between the project owner and the design-build team.

Pete Thomsen, Senior Superintendent, Clark | Weitz | Clarkson
Pete started with Clark Construction Group’s preconstruction department in 2008. During his time with Clark, he has worked in project management, field supervision, and currently as a senior superintendent on the KCI New Terminal Project where he oversees work on the departures level and the building’s exterior skin.
