Close out the year hearing about what happened in 2018 and what is on the horizon in 2019 for Design-Build. FMI Consultant, Paul Trombitas, will present a market study of Design-Build Utilization from August 2017 – May 2018. Along with market size, trends and drivers, Paul will present the outlook for the new year. Next, the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) will roll out their Measure CC Execution Plan which is part of their $9.6 Billion building program, using Design-Build.
