Discussion Topic: What’s Happening Now and What’s Coming to Sarpy County

Andrew Rainbolt, Executive Director of Grow Sarpy, will cover current construction projects including infrastructure that is opening up Sarpy to the next phase of its development. Mr. Rainbolt will touch on vertical construction such as data center buildout as well as the demand for speculative warehouse in the area. He will also discuss Southern Sarpy’s new sewer system, plans for the expansion of Platteview Rd, and I-80 interchange(s), all of which will allow for future development in Sarpy County.
