The next meeting of the Public Building & Procurement Committee will be Tuesday, January 17. This will be an in-person meeting at the Building Congress’ office, located at 1040 Avenue of the Americas, 21st Floor. Breakfast will be available at 8:30 AM and the meeting will begin at 9:00 AM.

The guest speakers will be Jim Ropelewski, Curriculum and Resource Development Advisor, Design-Build Institute of America, and Rick Sapir, Partner, Hawkins Delafield & Wood LLP, who will discuss best practices for design-build delivery methods.
