Join the DBIA Central Virginia Chapter for a tour of the Polykon Manufacturing Facility in White Oak Technology Park followed by a tour of the Stone Brewing Facility

The Polykon Manufacturing Facility and Administration Building project is a Ground-up new production facility to manufacture ingredients for the cosmetic and pharmaceutical markets. The facility houses production line unit processes for the production of ingredients, flexible filling and packaging lines, and an administration building.

The Polykon Manufacturing project began as a design-build project that has since contractually evolved, however, this highly technical project has remained a continuously collaborative design-build between DPR Construction, Baskervill, Timmons Group, Dunbar Milby Williams Pittman & Vaughan, and trade partners.

This tour will be followed by a tour of the Stone Brewery Facility. The Stone Brewery Facility is located at 3401 Williamsburg Ave, Richmond, VA 23223.

There will be a shuttle (space limited) from the Stone Brewing parking lot to the Polykon Facility and back. Additional info on the shuttle will be sent to people that sign up. Otherwise, attendees can go straight to the facility.
