Virtual Meeting – Highland Bridge: Revitalizing the Region, Creating Community

March 31, 2021 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm CDT

With a total of 122 acres of infrastructure development and over a billion dollars in anticipated market value when complete, Highland Bridge represents design build partnerships at their finest. After 10 years of public engagement and master planning, Ryan Companies has spent the last three years planning for the development in partnership with a variety of stakeholders.

Join us virtually on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 for a live, lunch hour presentation where Maureen Michalski (development) and Anthony Adams (engineering) will discuss how the extensive project planning and design have led to unique project features. They will also discuss infrastructure construction and anticipated vertical development opportunities in 2021 and beyond.

Maureen Michalski is a Vice President of Development at Ryan Companies. She joined Ryan in March, 2020. Prior to Ryan, she held development roles at Schafer Richardson, most recently as Vice President of Development, as well as several other organizations. Maureen’s experience includes multifamily, mixed-use and office with wide-ranging financing and ownership structures. She is in charge of the Ford Site redevelopment in St. Paul, leading the large multidisciplinary team of design, construction, development and other real estate professionals.

Anthony Adams is a Civil Engineer II at Ryan Companies and has been with the company since 2013. Starting his career within the industrial and medical sectors, he has spent the last three years focused solely on the Highland Bridge Development in St. Paul, MN. Leading the design and entitlements process for the infrastructure, public park and civic spaces, and many of the private site developments, he has played a key role in molding the existing City Master Plan for the former Ford Site and into Ryan’s Development Plan for what the future of the site is to become.
