Join DBIA-WPR for a webinar. A design-build team offers their perspectives and experience helping owners consider progressive design-build (PDB) delivery, most notably regarding the development, negotiation and implementation of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). They will describe working with owners to successfully employ the GMP process through the selection of an appropriate cost model, project phasing, scheduling, and other various contract provisions. The successes and lessons learned as experienced by the project team to date will also be shared for the benefit of future progressive design-build projects elsewhere.
