Join DBIA-WPR for a regional webinar on water and wastewater design-build. The San Jose – Santa Clara Regional Wastewater Facility serves eight South Bay cities and four districts and is the largest tertiary wastewater treatment plant in the Western U.S. As part of a major infrastructure rehabilitation of the facility, a $89 Mil Progressive Design-Build project was recently completed to build a 14 MW cogeneration facility that includes four 4 new low emissions internal combustion engines. The project owner(s) and lead designer will discuss the lessons learned from beginning to end, as this was the agency’s first Progressive Design-Build Project at the wastewater facility.
