Randy is a coach, facilitator, and speaker, and the founder/owner of Proficio Partners, LLC. He is dedicated to helping highly motivated individuals and organizations think differently to optimize profitability through productivity. Randy worked in the architecture/engineering/construction industry for 35 years. During that time, he led teams and managed personnel for more than 25 years. Randy is certified in the Frame of Mind © Coaching methodology, and helps his clients shift their thinking in order to yield extraordinary results through personal transformation. We all have the capacity to be great, yet we typically keep ourselves from living it. The good news is that we can all get learn to get out of our own way and live our dreams. Randy’s newest venture is becoming fluent in positive reinforcement training. He’s practicing with his dogs, but exploring how it applies to the other aspects of his life.
