With over 15 years of experience on federally-funded aviation and heavy-civil construction projects, Daniel brings a unique perspective as an owner on the funding and delivery of public infrastructure projects. A believer in creating collaborative teams through the Construction Partnering process, past project teams have received multiple International Partnering Institute and California Transportation Foundation awards under his leadership.
