John Bale, PE, FDBIA, MBA (2022)

Over the span of John Bale’s career, he has been involved with more than 50 design-build projects, served on DBIA’s Transportation Markets Committee as well as the National Board of Directors, and has been a certified instructor for DBIA for many years teaching across the country. Through his work with the American Council of Engineering Companies in Utah, John works to help improve the design-build program in the state and has led two industry outreach programs in Minnesota and Michigan to help each Department of Transportation improve its design-build process.
