Steven’s role at DBIA is tracking notable legislation relating to design-build, forming and maintaining meaningful relationships with legislators, and educating them on the advantages of design-build and DBIA. He loves advocating for something that he believes can help build the infrastructure needed to keep society moving forward into the future. He gained his legislative experience working for the Maryland General Assembly in Annapolis.
Steven loves to watch documentaries about nature and history, read autobiographies and books about psychology, travel and meet up with old friends, snowboarding, playing golf and trying to learn new languages.
