Throughout his career, Tim Graybeal has been a tireless advocate for design-build and has worked directly with multiple local agencies to assist in the transition to design-build. He was instrumental in leading the first regional government agency, the Spokane Public Facilities District in Washington state, to use design-build. Tim is the founder of the Inland Northwest Chapter of DBIA, serving as its first Board President, and has been the Treasurer of DBIA’s Northwest Region.
