We’ve been counting down to #DBIACON by spotlighting this year’s Project/Team Merit Award winners, one category at a time. Today’s feature: Industrial, Process and Research Facilities, projects that redefine what’s possible in complex, high-performance environments. 🏗️ Caltech Resnick Sustainability Center: a cutting-edge research hub advancing Caltech’s mission to solve global environmental, climate, and energy challenges. 🏭 Project Dolphin: a flagship warehouse and distribution facility raising the bar as Illinois’ first LEED Platinum warehouse. Catch up on our earlier spotlights to see the incredible design-build projects across the other categories, all leading up to the #DBIA Design-Build Conference & Expo, Nov. 5–7 in Las Vegas. And get your tickets to join us for the awards ceremony on Nov. 6 to celebrate our Merit Award winners and find out who takes home the Best of and Specialty Awards. #DBIAAwards #DesignBuildDoneRight @ventureone @clayco_inc @caltechedu @HenselPhelps @yazdanistudio
