Every year, hundreds of people undertake the training and education necessary to become a Designated Design-Build Professional.™ As the industry grows, so does the need for qualified professionals who practice Design-Build Done Right®. Frank Gaspar, DBIA

Frank Gaspar is a Senior Estimator at Walters & Wolf in La Verne, California, where he has been working for over a decade.

 

 

Mark Zajdzinski, Assoc. AIA, DBIA

A Senior Architectural Lead at SmithGroup, Zajdzinski brings 15 years of experience to the table, having an array of project experience from science and tech, workplace, healthcare, learning, mixed-use and high-rise buildings. Certified in both Revit and AutoCAD, his passion for architecture comes from the impact structure and form have on a community. He is an active member in collaborative team efforts having worked on several design-build projects in his career.

Arinze Ezepue, Assoc. DBIA

Arinze Ezepue is a Project Engineer for Turner Construction Company and has worked for Turner in the Columbus, Ohio area since 2014.

 

 

Scott Berkheimer, PE, DBIA

Scott Berkheimer is a Geotechnical Engineer at Rummel, Klepper & Kahl, LLP in Baltimore,Maryland.

 

 

Manuel Lanuevo, PE, DBIA, LEED AP

Manuel Lanuevo is the Chief of the Refuse Division in the Department of Environmental Services for the City and County of Honolulu in Hawai’i.

 

Jason Dunster, PE, DBIA

Jason Dunster is the Integrated Design Manager for the Southern California Division at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., and has more than two decades’ worth of experience in the industry.
