Creating Meaningful Opportunities for Small and Underutilized Firms in the Design-Build Industry
DBIA’s Underutilized Business Enterprise (UBE) program is designed to help small and underutilized firms fully engage in the design-build industry. We believe that a broad range of perspectives, roles, backgrounds and experiences strengthens decision-making, enhances the design-build process and leads to better outcomes for the communities we serve. With reduced-cost access to membership, education, certification and events, UBE firms can strengthen their capabilities, build meaningful connections and position themselves for new project opportunities.
A UBE includes any of the following businesses*: Small, disadvantaged, minority, women- or veteran-owned.
