Missouri governor Mike Kehoe signed legislation expanding #designbuild authority across the state for the next decade.
House Bill 2474 authorizes #PDB in political subdivisions in Missouri through a two-stage selection process. The bill also reduces the current $7 million threshold for design-build contracts to $2.5 million.

Our 2026 National Design-Build Project/Team Awards Jury spent two days reviewing 80 outstanding #DesignBuild projects and making some very difficult decisions.
