Determining the appropriate project delivery method is a critical step for all Owners. When Owners partner with experienced construction and design professionals in the industry, they can be well-equipped to quickly determine the delivery method and implement capital within their available budget and schedule. Republic, Missouri, in the Ozarks Chapter of DBIA, is currently delivering 5 critical capital projects, that amount in over $100 Million dollars of investment to both serve their rapidly growing community and meet upcoming regulatory requirement. Due to the City’s understanding of their project and community needs, they elected to deliver both wastewater collection system and treatment facility upgrades via Progressive Design-Build. This panel discussion will include the Republic City Administrator, David Cameron alongside Burns & McDonnell Construction and Design team leads, Kevin Waddell, Patrick Midyett and Jason Garder, to explain the projects at-hand, progressive design build delivery method and creative problem solving utilized by the project team throughout the life of planning, design and delivery.
Please plan to join us for happy hour/ networking following the presentations.
