To meet growing market demand, Rolls-Royce sought to open a second component manufacturing facility that duplicated engine components manufactured in the United Kingdom. Known as Rolls-Royce Crosspointe, the 82,625-square-foot conjoined facility is located on the 60-acre development and consists of approximately 67,110 square feet of production hall and production support space. Additionally, the facility provides 15,515 square feet of office and office support space, which includes conference rooms and workstations. Completed in just 12 months, within budget, the facility was constructed to the USGBC’s LEED Silver standards.
