Brian King’s entire professional career has focused on the management and execution of Design-Build projects for multiple clients, in diverse industries and geographic regions. In 2004, Brian founded A M King, a fully integrated Design-Build firm. Brian was the sole owner before converting A M King into an employee-owned firm in December 2020. He remains President and CEO.
Brian has been directly responsible for the design/construction of more than 20 million sf of complicated and specialized facilities, with a total project investment amount of $2.5 billion. This work represents various strategic markets, with projects ranging in value from $10,000 to $100 million.
A licensed contractor in multiple states, Brian has led Design-Build projects in 30 states, assisting companies – from small family-owned businesses to multi-billion-dollar firms – in the execution and delivery of projects critical to their businesses. His portfolio of projects includes Food Processing; Cold Storage and Distribution; Industrial and Manufacturing; Distribution and Warehousing; and Corporate Facilities.
Under Brian’s leadership, A M King has grown into a firm averaging $120+ million in annual revenues, 100% of which is negotiated, Design-Build.
