Diana Lee Tucker, CAE, brings a wealth of leadership expertise to her role as Chief Operating Officer, illustrating a remarkable track record in association management. During her extensive 25-year career in associations representing commercial real estate development and brokerage professionals, she has played a pivotal role in guiding the growth of new programs and strategies and excelled in driving positive change and surpassing organizational goals.
As DBIA’s COO, Tucker oversees critical functional areas, including membership and regions, conferences/events, education and certification. Her collaborative approach with the CEO ensures the execution of annual operational plans aligned with DBIA’s strategic goals.
Tucker is deeply involved in the association management industry, committed to professional excellence and lifelong learning. She is the Immediate Past Chair of the 2023-2024 CAE Commission, an active contributor to the CAE Scholarship Steering Committee and a founding member of ASAE’s Asian American Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander Advisory Council (AANHPI).
Beyond her professional pursuits, Tucker dedicates time to her passion for theatre by patronizing and volunteering at local theatres in the D.C. Metro area.
