As DBIA’s Certification Manager, she’s got the challenging task of helping design-builders navigate through the full certification process. It’s not always easy, but you’d never know it by watching Jackie in action. She’s a born customer-service pro because she loves to laugh and make others laugh with her. Go “an extra mile” for the customer? Ha! Jackie makes it two.
Remember the Titans? Jackie’s a T.C. Williams alumni and Alexandria, Virginia native. She loves spending her free time with family and she just might be addicted to watching Law & Order SVU.
