Mark Shambaugh, P.E., FDBIA, CEM (Instructors)

Mark has over 40 years of national design and construction experience from being a field laborer, engineer, project manager, estimator, CEO, and Chairman of a 2000 employee $600 million national specialty design builder (which is the largest of our type in United States). He currently has 10 national best of the best award winning projects, and was also a featured speaker at 25 national construction and engineering, food process, and solar thermal process design conferences. Mark joined DBIA in 1994 and chaired specialty contractor and process industries subcommittees. As chairman, he launched the DBIA certification program, and co-authored and lead testimony for the passage of a new design build law in state of Indiana.
