Matt Chandler is an Associate Principal and Client Executive for IMEG. and a licensed professional engineer experienced in leading healthcare, science and technology, and industrial projects following a variety of delivery methods. This vast experience, includes design-build, Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), design-assist, and traditional design-bid-build. He is a Designated Design-Build Professional (DBIA) who is engage during all project phases, from predesign through construction administration, and has significant experience collaborating with contractors early in the design process. He is skilled in facility assessments, master planning, system evaluation and selection, life-cycle-cost analysis, and system design. Matt excels in leading diverse groups through challenging issues. As a LEED Accredited and ASHRAE certified building energy assessment professional, Matt is knowledgeable in the LEED Green Building rating system and sustainable design creating both energy-efficient and cost-effective facilities. In addition to project responsibilities Matt invests significant time towards coaching and mentoring his staff.
