Mike Meredith, Vanir Construction Management, Vice President – Director of Design Build Programs and Services. He is a known leader in the PM/CM industry and brings 40 years of diversified experience in program, project, and construction management. He has served as Program and Project Manager on many highly visible Design-Build ventures, worth over $3.4 billion, utilizing both Traditional and Progressive Design-Build. As a Program and Project Leader (in both private and public sector) Mike is skilled in Public Speaking, Contract Management, Program Management, and Construction Management. Mike has also been at the forefront of creating owner value by utilizing industry best practices such as Collaboration, Lean Principles, Trust, and project culture, to create successful project outcomes.
Mike is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Technology. In addition, Mike is a Certified Construction Manager (CCM); U.S. Green Building Council – LEED, AP; and DBIA Accredited. Mike also has deep affiliations with Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA), as a member; serves on the National DBIA Board; past Western Pacific Region Board Executive Council – Owners Council, Director; DBIA College of Fellows; and Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).
Michael Meredith has been a long-time advocate for design-build and has been a member of multiple DBIA-Award winning projects (2014, 2017).
