Mike Cecil’s first design-build job was in Port Said, Egypt from 1995 – 1998. This was a $250 million new wastewater treatment plant along with a raw water pump station that pumped water from a canal in Qantara, 50 kilometers to Port Said. Since then he has overseen or been involved in dozens of design-build or CMAR projects from Florida to Canada and around the Southeast.
