Omar R. Rodriguez is Senior Project Manager at The Haskell Company. For the past three years Mr. Rodriguez experience with The Haskell Company has been focused on design build delivery projects. Before his current role at The Haskell Company Mr. Rodriguez work over 17 years in commercial / aviation / wastewater projects with experience in CMAR and Lump Sum Project. This vast experience in different contract types provides a strong background to contribute to the committee’s work.

Mr. Rodriguez graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University and holds a MS in Urban Planning from Columbia University, and a MS in Structural Engineering for Polytechnic University of PR. Mr. Rodriguez is a license Professional Engineer in Florida and Puerto Rico and also holds a Certified General Contractor License in Florida.
