Phil Sheridan, FDBIA, P.E. (Board of Directors)

Philip J. Sheridan, P.E., DBIA has a BS from WPI in Civil Engineering with a concentration in structural design and has over 32 years of experience in the design and construction industry. He is a licensed PE in several jurisdictions and is a DBIA Designated Professional. He currently is a Senior Vice President of Clark Civil, LLC the heavy civil infrastructure division of the Clark Construction Group, LLC based in Bethesda, MD where he has worked for the last 20 years. In this role he principally leads the division’s Alternative Delivery pursuit and construction of Rail and Highway infrastructure projects. Throughout his career he has worked on projects in nearly every sector of the infrastructure industry including water and waste water, marine piers, highway, heavy and light passenger rail, Class 1 freight rail, highways, tunnels and aviation.

He is past president of DBIA’s Mid Atlantic Region and also serves on DBIA’s National Transportation Committee. In his spare time, he enjoys all types of outdoor activities including golf, hiking, skiing and kayaking in additional to worldwide leisure travel.
