Ray Moran, P.E., DBIA, CCM has been serving as Owner’s advisor and Project Manager on DB projects since 1999 both overseas and around the country for clients including NYSDOT, MTA-Metro North Railroad, MTA — Bridges & Tunnels, SCDOT, PANYNJ, and MTA — Long Island Railroad. He also had the privilege to serve as project manager for the DB Oversight of the Route 42 Emergency Reconstruction, NYSDOT’s first DB projec,t and SCDOT’s FHWA Highway’s for life Accelerated Bridge Construction project, the replacement of the Ben Sawyer Bridge. He has led multi-disciplinary teams providing oversight of both design and construction phases of DB delivery, holds the DBIA professional certification and has been an active member of the DBIA transportation committee since 2014.
