Shannon Gustine, LEED AP BD+C, DBIA

Regional Vice President, Hensel Phelps

Shannon has 27 years of construction experience and a portfolio valued at over $8.9 billion across a variety of vertical markets. In 2015, Shannon moved to Seattle where she led the establishment of Hensel Phelps’ Pacific Northwest regional office before heading back to Northern California in 2021. As Regional Vice President, Shannon is a member of the Hensel Phelps Board of Directors and is responsible for planning the current and future success of Hensel Phelps’ Northern California operations.

She is passionate about growing small and diverse businesses in addition to fostering inclusive work environments. Through active mentorship and work with industry initiatives, Shannon is committed to making an impact in both our organization and our industry. She is also committed to creating true partnerships and is a member of the International Partnering Institutes (IPI) Board of Directors and was previously on the board for the DBIA Northwest Region.

Shannon is a graduate of Santa Clara University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Oregon State University, where she earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering.

Shannon and her husband have twin daughters and they enjoy spending time together creating adventures and seeing new places.
