Director of Human Resources and Administration
Tracy came to DBIA with a mission – to get up under the hood of our growing association and help us innovate, collaborate and better serve our diverse design-build community. She comes to DBIA with 25+ years of experience in non-profit associations in both operational and human resources roles. She’s known as “the glue that holds it all together” with a passion for problem-solving. For fun, Tracy enjoys spending time with family, friends, her dog, Pee Wee, and college-age son when he’s home from college. It’s probably not too surprising her super-power would be mind-reading.
