Senior Vice President, Ernst & Young Infrastructure Advisors
Tuyen Mai is a Senior Vice President with Ernst & Young Infrastructure Advisors, LLC (EYIA), an affiliate of Ernst & Young LLP and part of its US infrastructure advisory group.
Mr. Mai is an infrastructure finance specialist with 14 years of experience in the development and financing of large-scale infrastructure projects in Europe and North America. He has advised major state and local governments across the U.S. on strategic planning and delivery of transportation and higher education programs, and currently serves as a lead advisor for several government agencies in the West and Southwest regions on policy, development and procurement using of innovative delivery projects ranging from design-build (DB) to public-private partnerships (P3). Mr. Mai’s public sector consulting experience with P3s began in 2007 with Florida’s groundbreaking Port of Miami Tunnel and the I-595 Express Lanes projects. He previously served as a project manager on international toll road and airport private developments for Egis, a major European infrastructure engineering and operations group.
Mr. Mai is a graduate civil engineer from the French Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, and holds a Master in Project and Structured Finance from Paris X University.
