Valexia Hall (Certification Board)

Sure, she’s the Vice President of Certification and Industry Events but Lexie’s title could just as easily be Vice President of “No-one-who-ever-needs-help-from-DBIA-walks-away-unhappy-ever.” She despises rudeness and emphatically believes Kevin Stirtz’s view that, “Every contact we have with a customer influences whether or not they’ll come back. We have to be great every time or we’ll lose them.”

When Lexie’s not managing DBIA’s growing Certification Department, coordinating our membership database implementation and supervising conference registrations, she loves bowling, movies and hanging with her friends and family, especially her adult children Alexondra and Dominique. Here’s a fun fact: Lexie is also fluent in sign language and graduated from Gallaudet University.
