Prior to that time, Dave served as a Contracting Officer supporting a number of large construction projects for the FBI. He also serves on DBIA’s Board of Directors.

Laura Stagner retired from the General Services Administration as Assistant Commissioner in the Office of Design and Construction. Under her leadership, the department developed processes designed to better manage project risk. She has served on DBIA’s Board of Directors since 2019.
