Mr. Gilman has more than 40 years of experience in the engineering, design, program and construction management of major environmental, water resource, and infrastructure projects around the globe. In recent years he has played a leadership role in delivering 10 major capital improvement programs in Guam, Georgia, Florida, Oregon, and Washington DC, cumulatively valued at more than $3 billion.
Janelle Tod, DBIA, LEED AP
Janelle Tod, Preconstruction Manager at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. has been in the construction industry for over 14 years. She has spent her career primarily working on Healthcare, Commercial and Education projects, and is experienced at working on various types of delivery methods from Hard Bid to Design-Build.
Lyndsay Cantrell, Assoc. DBIA
Lyndsay works for Broward Builders, Inc., a general contractor located in Woodland, California. Since joining BBI in 2003, Lyndsay has worked in accounting, contracts and proposals as well as project management.
Julee Carden, Assoc. DBIA
Julee is Project Engineer at Broward Builders, Inc. a General Contracting firm in Woodland, CA. Julee started at Broward Builders in 2001 and left in 2004 to spend time with her kids. In 2015, she returned to work at Broward Builders, Inc. and is currently working on a healthcare improvement project at Folsom State Prison.
Peter Caravousanos, DBIA, RA, CCM, LEED AP
Peter Caravousanos has amassed a successful, credentialed industry past of 30 years leading to becoming a Licensed Architect, Construction Management Professional and Design-Build Professional. He owns and operates a successful Professional Corporation as a Design and Construction Consulting professional with a focus in Forensic Architecture, Claims Management and Project Delivery and currently serves as an industry-recognized subject matter expert having served the surety, legal, insurance, design, and construction communities since 2003.
Keith Bauer, DBIA, SE
Keith Bauer has served as Principal-in-Charge or Project Manager for successful design-build projects totaling over $1 billion in construction cost over the past ten years. He is integral in developing Buehler’s In-House Revit Best Practices training for engineers and BIM Designers, and is the Chair of Buehler’s In-House drawing quality committee. In addition, Keith enjoys mentoring high school students as part of the CREATE (formerly ACE) Mentor Program of Sacramento and currently serves as Chair on its Board of Directors.
