IMEG supported the design of a new 100,000-GSF Ambulatory Care Center and Dental Clinic at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, as part of a $222.7M NAVFAC Southeast design-build project awarded to DPR-RQ Construction. The facility includes outpatient clinics, surgical suites, a central utility plant, ambulance garage, and helipad with backup power. Designed to UFC and AT/FP standards, the project includes utility and communications infrastructure, site improvements, and environmental protections. Completion is scheduled for 2029.

Design & Construction of Dunseith Land Port of Entry

McGough Construction was awarded a $94 million Design-Build contract by the GSA to modernize the Dunseith Land Port of Entry in North Dakota. Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (JBPHH) Soil Improvements Program

UES was retained by NAVFAC to produce an existing 3D utility model of portions of the Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (JBPHH) facility for future soil improvements planned for the base. The investigation included mapping over 12 linear miles of utilities through congested and concentrated areas to provide a better understanding of where existing utilities exist. The investigation model followed general accordance to ASCE 38-22 and utilized geophysical techniques including MCGPR, RF, TDEM, and FDEM
