Makes operating appropriations for the biennium; begins a specified date; ends a specified date, levies taxes; provides authorization and conditions for the operation of state programs.
The bill makes changes to the DB law and authorizes Integrated project delivery (IPD) IPD means a method to deliver a capital project through a multi-party agreement, executed by at least three parties, among a team comprised of a public authority, a professional design firm and an integrated project contractor, commencing at early design and continuing through to project completion.
