Brandon Dekker is Principal and Irvine/San Diego Office Practice Leader at CannonDesign, with 24 years of experience in design and construction and 18 years in firm leadership. He previously served as President of DBIA’s Western Pacific Region and is an active member of DBIA’s Progressive Design-Build, Legislative Advocacy and National Legislative committees. In 2023, he led the successful passage of California Senate Bill 706.
Brandon is a past president of the Southern California Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and currently serves as Chair of the CMAA Foundation Board. He also serves on the Board of the California Community College Facility Coalition. He holds a master’s degree in construction management from Drexel University and is a graduate of Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business Executive Program in Leadership in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
