Bruce Husselbee is the National Director Water Owner Advisory Services at AECOM. Previously, he was the Director of Engineering for the Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) and has worked for HRSD for 28 years. And prior to HRSD, he worked in the consulting engineering field for 12 years. He is very active in numerous professional organizations, including DBIA, WEF and the Old Dominion University Engineering Department Visiting Council.
