Charlie Rocheleau is a Regional Vice President at Haskell, supporting business development and project delivery across Water, Healthcare, Municipal, Education, Federal and Cultural markets. With more than 25 years of experience, he has focused primarily on collaborative delivery, including design-build, with deep expertise in Water and Municipal projects.
Charlie is an officer of The Haskell Company and supports marketing, estimating, preconstruction services and project development in alignment with business and financial goals. He has served in multiple leadership roles on the DBIA Florida Board, including President, and is a member of DBIA’s National Best Practices Committee. He holds a BS in Building Construction from the University of Florida.
