Chris Hornbeck is the Director of Construction Management and Project Controls as the University of California, San Francisco. He supports and advanced the goals of the University’s $10 billion capital program providing leadership and expertise in design, construction, procurement, contracts, training, and legislative efforts for the eclectic University campus projects of academic research facilities, offices, laboratories, hospital facilities, and related infrastructure. Chris is licensed as an Architect and general contractor in the state of California. He holds a BA in Architecture and an MBA in Real Estate/Marketing from the University of California, Berkeley.
