David has successfully led large-scale progressive design-build projects, stipulated sum design-build projects, and design-assist/design-build MEPF projects, showcasing his versatility in project delivery. His portfolio includes a diverse range of education and housing projects, encompassing performing arts theaters, multi-use stadiums, student housing, aquatics complexes, culinary arts centers, science labs, medical training facilities, classrooms, student unions, and career technical training centers. Additionally, he has been actively involved for over five years as a mentor in the Construction Industry Education Foundation (CIEF) Design-Build Competition, where he has served on the steering committee.
