Geoff is the former Chief Development Officer for the San Francisco International Airport. At SFO, he was responsible for over $8B of development of Capital Projects. Most recently under his leadership, SFO completed the majority of the airport’s $7.3B Accent program, including the new Grand Hyatt Hotel, the new Long Term Parking facility and AirTrain Extension, Phase 1 of the Administrative Campus Office Complex, and Boarding Area B and Phase One of Terminal 1. He received his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He is a nationally recognized leader and speaker throughout the United States on integrated project delivery and Progressive Design-Build. Geoff is a frequent lecturer for universities, including Stanford, UC Berkely and his alma mater Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo. He has established a reputation in the industry as a leader in collaborative delivery with a philosophy of delivering projects with exceptional outcomes. He is former Chair of DBIA’s National Board of Directors and is currently Co-Chair for its Progressive Design-Build Committee where he was responsible for developing the national education program and been an instructor for PDB. He also serves on the Dean’s Leadership Council for the College of Architecture & Environmental Design at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, is a board member for the International Partnering Institute, and is the owner council lead and board member for the Western Pacific Region Board of DBIA.
